Sales & Marketing Associate Appliance Store•Scratch & Dent Specials•Sugar Land, TX We are a fast-growing local appliance store specializing in brand-name scratch & dent refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and more. To support our expanding business, we're looking for a motivated and reliable Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team. Job Responsibilities Provide face to face assistance to customers through the buying process to include merchandise selection, payment and finance options and pick up and delivering Make telephone calls to existing and potential customers Ability to assist with merchandising and store product set-up Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of Appliance store and customer carry-outs Assist customers in determining products which best meets their needs utilizing product knowledge. Take photos and short videos of appliances for social media like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Respond to customer inquiries online and build our brand presence Assist with promotions, flyers, and in-store events Job type : Part time Who We're Looking For Friendly and confident with good communication skills Comfortable using social media to promote products Sales experience preferred (appliances or retail a plus), but training available Bilingual (English & Chinese/Spanish) is a plus Able to work weekends and adapt to a retail schedule Pay & Benefits Hourly base pay + commission Employee discount Flexible schedule Interviews available ASAP!
