  • Part-time, Full-time Overview Talyard Brewing Co.
is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and sales-driven Merchandise Sales Representative to help grow our brewery merchandise program and create an awesome guest shopping experience. This role is perfect for someone who loves craft beer culture, retail sales, branding, events, and connecting with people. You'll help drive merchandise sales both in the taproom and during special events while keeping displays fresh, organized, and on-brand. Responsibilities Drive merchandise sales through guest engagement and upselling Maintain attractive and organized merchandise displays Assist with merchandise promotions, launches, and seasonal drops Help track inventory counts and communicate restock needs Support online and in-person merchandise sales Assist during brewery events, festivals, markets, and special activations Learn product details and represent the Talyard brand professionally Collaborate with marketing and taproom leadership on promotions and new ideas Qualifications Retail, hospitality, brewery, or sales experience preferred Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills Comfortable working weekends, events, and busy environments Organized, dependable, and self-motivated Social media or merchandising experience is a plus Must be 18+ (21+ preferred) What We're Looking For Someone who: Loves people and creating a welcoming atmosphere Has a strong eye for merchandising and presentation Enjoys sales and helping grow a local brand Fits our culture of "Be Good to People" Benefits Employee discounts Flexible scheduling Growth opportunities Fun, community-focused work environment Potential commission and sales bonus opportunities
