We are known for our commitment to customer service and employee development. πŸ’Ό What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Prospect and generate new business (cold calls, networking, referrals) Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers Identify customer needs and recommend technology solutions Sell business solutions including IT services, software, and hardware Maintain a sales pipeline and activity tracking in CRM Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets πŸ—“οΈ Day-to-Day Activities Visiting local businesses and meeting with decision-makers Making outbound calls and sending emails to generate new opportunities Preparing and presenting sales proposals Working with internal teams to deliver solutions Following up with prospects to close deals πŸ“ˆ What Success Looks Like Build a pipeline of qualified prospects within your territory Close 8-12+ new deals in your first year Consistently meet or exceed sales goals Develop a strong, recurring book of business 🀝 Training & Support Provided CRM system with pre-identified target accounts Structured onboarding and sales training Access to technical experts for sales support Administrative help with proposals and orders Ongoing mentorship and coaching βœ… Qualifications 1+ year of B2B sales, outside sales, or customer-facing experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset Ability to manage time and territory effectively Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally πŸ’°
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$40,000-$50,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000-$90,000
