We are currently seeking a Sales Supervisor with a sales-driven spirit for our location at Texas City Tanger Outlet. Candidate should be able to lead a high performing team. Required Skills and Experience

• Proven track record in achieving store and company goals, and in leading a successful sales team.
• Must be a balanced leader that drives results and focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Ability to motivate your talent to exceed expectations.
• Responsible for store functions including, but not limited to, opening, closing, freight processing, and all day to day store activities.
• Manage and influence team by communicating clear daily, weekly and monthly objectives.
• Role model that elevates selling services to exceed company goals.
• Energizes team to achieve sales results. Qualifications
• Must possess prior retail and/or management experience.
• Strong, communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
