Our Texas City campus gives sales professionals a major advantage: the opportunity to sell new Chevrolet, Hyundai, and Mitsubishi vehicles, along with a large selection of quality pre-owned vehicles. Instead of being limited to one brand, you can help customers find the right vehicle from across our entire campus. Automotive sales experience is welcome, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, professionalism, competitiveness, and the desire to build a successful career. What We Offer Income potential of $60,000 to $100,000 per year Draw and commission compensation structure Five-day workweek Closed every Sunday Opportunity to sell Chevrolet, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, and pre-owned vehicles Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid vacation Employee vehicle purchase program Professional training and ongoing development Supportive, team-oriented leadership Opportunity for long-term career advancement Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, preferences, and budget Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom customers Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and previous customers Build and manage a personal sales pipeline using the dealership's customer relationship management system Conduct outbound calls, texts, emails, and other prospecting activities to generate business Use social media and digital tools to promote inventory, build a personal brand, and connect with potential customers Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives Work with sales management to structure and complete vehicle transactions Maintain communication with customers throughout the purchasing process Develop repeat and referral business by delivering an exceptional customer experience Stay informed about current inventory, manufacturer programs, incentives, and vehicle features Work collaboratively with management, finance, service, and other departments to create a smooth customer experience What We Are Looking For Strong work ethic and personal accountability Competitive mindset and a desire to succeed Excellent communication and customer service skills Consistent and disciplined follow-up habits Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating through phone, text, and email Ability or willingness to use social media as a sales and prospecting tool Professional appearance and attitude Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Willingness to learn dealership processes, vehicle products, and sales technology Previous automotive, retail, hospitality, customer service, or commission-based sales experience is helpful but not required Employment Requirements Valid driver's license Acceptable driving record Ability to successfully complete a background check Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening Whether you are an experienced automotive salesperson looking for a better opportunity or a driven professional ready to begin a new career, DeMontrond Texas City offers the inventory, training, schedule, and support needed to succeed.
