Front Desk Sales & Guest Experience Specialist (Part-Time) Paw Oasis Pet Resort | The Colony, TX Paw Oasis Pet Resort is looking for a confident, people-loving, detail-driven Front Desk Sales & Guest Experience Specialist to be the face of our luxury dog resort. This is not a quiet receptionist role. This is a fast-paced, client-facing, sales-focused position where your ability to connect, guide, recommend, and close services directly impacts your success and our guest experience. Schedule & Availability Part-time:

~20 -30 hours per week Shifts range between: 6:45am-12:30pm 1:45pm-7:00pm

Rotating Saturdays:

7:45am-5:30pm Occasional Sunday availability: 7:45am to 12:30pm & 1:45pm-5:15pm during peak times Must be available: The day before and after major holidays Summer and peak boarding seasons We value flexibility and reliability. Compensation $14/hour base pay Weekly Sales incentives $$ tied to performance Average $200+ per month in tips If you are money-motivated and enjoy sales, this role rewards effort Core Responsibilities Confidently selling and recommending: Daycare Boarding Grooming Training Memberships and add-ons Providing warm, professional, high-level customer service Managing a busy phone line Scheduling appointments accurately Checking guests in and out Accepting payments and handling accounts Detailed data entry for pets and owners Resolving client questions and concerns calmly and professionally Supporting social media posts and front desk promotions Assisting with pets or facility tasks when needed Skills & Traits We Require Strong verbal communication and phone presence Tech & Software savvy Confident with suggestive selling Extremely detail-oriented Organized and systems-driven Calm under pressure Able to multitask without losing accuracy Comfortable with goals, accountability, and feedback Genuine love for dogs and animals Experience Requirements 3+ years face-to-face customer service 1+ year of sales or suggestive selling (retail, hospitality, spa, food, etc.) 1+ year receptionist or administrative experience Consistent work history (we value reliability) How to Apply (Important) To be considered, you must: Submit your resume Include a brief cover letter explaining: Why you enjoy sales and customer interaction Why you'd be a great fit for a fast-paced environment Your availability Complete the Indeed assessment sent to you Applicants who do not follow these steps will not be considered.
