We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence in The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, Shenandoah, Oak Ridge North, and surrounding areas . What You'll Do Build referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, hospices, physicians, and senior communities Generate new client referrals through community outreach and follow-up Become a trusted resource for discharge planners, case managers, and healthcare professionals Represent Cardinal Senior Care at networking events and community activities Manage leads, referrals, and sales activity using CRM tools Drive growth across your assigned territory What We're Looking For 1+ year of experience in healthcare, home care, or outside sales Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Comfortable with face-to-face networking and sales Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Valid Texas Driver's License Why Join Cardinal Senior Care? Pay:

$35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year Application Question(s): Tell me about a time you built referral relationships from scratch in a new territory. What was your approach? How do you handle rejection or slow-moving referral relationships? Walk me through how you would generate 4-6 new client referrals per week in The Woodlands and surrounding areas. How many new weekly care hours did your sales efforts generate in your most recent role?
