Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Spray Foam Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will drive business growth by actively engaging with clients, developing new sales opportunities, and managing existing accounts within the spray foam insulation industry. Your enthusiasm for sales combined with your technical knowledge will help educate customers on product benefits and secure new contracts. Duties Conduct proactive outside sales efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities in designated territories. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, builders, and facility managers through effective account management and customer service. Generate leads through cold calling, networking events, trade shows, and digital marketing strategies to expand the customer base. Present product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase spray foam insulation benefits tailored to customer needs. Manage territory sales activities by planning visits, tracking progress using CRM software such as Salesforce, and analyzing market trends for strategic growth. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that enhance product visibility and drive demand for spray foam solutions. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on building client relationships. Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and lead generation initiatives effectively. Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities and customer interactions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills essential for product demos and closing deals. Knowledge of spray foam insulation products or related technical sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Ability to analyze market data to identify opportunities for upselling and expanding account portfolios. Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
