This is a field-based role where you'll connect with residents face-to-face, introduce them to fiber internet solutions, and help them make the switch to faster, more reliable service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives on competition, and wants unlimited earning potential. ⸻ What You'll Be Doing Prospect residential neighborhoods to introduce fiber internet services Clearly explain product benefits, pricing, and installation process Assist customers with enrollment and account setup Consistently hit or exceed performance goals Represent Dynamite Fiber with professionalism and integrity ⸻ What We're Looking For Sales, retail, or customer-facing experience is a plus (not required, we train) Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with new people Self-starter mentality with a results-driven attitude Ability to manage your own schedule and stay disciplined in the field Reliable transportation required Must be at least 18 years old or have completed high school ⸻ Why Join Dynamite Fiber? Compensation Estimated Earnings:

$1000 - $5000 per week Average weekly compensation across the team: $1500 Top 20% weekly compensation: $3000+ ⸻ Position Types Full-Time | Part-Time | Contract | Temporary |

• High-energy, results-oriented professional with a strong drive for success
• Ability to work 8 hours a day M-F between 1pm-9:00pm and some Saturdays
• Valid Driver's License & Reliable Personal Transportation
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Average $5,000+/month Commission/Bonuses
• Commissions paid out weekly
