This position is a combination of an in-office recruiting role and B2B sales. Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities Perform outside B2B sales and client visits to develop new partnerships two days per week. Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for open positions Develop new client accounts and assist in growing existing business partnerships Follow up with leads, applicants, and clients in a timely and professional manner Meet recruiting and business development goals and performance metrics Qualifications Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, or business development experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable making outbound cold calls daily Comfortable with outside B2B sales and client networking two days per week Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Join a team where your hard work, recruiting success, and business development efforts are recognized and rewarded.
