With cutting-edge technology, comfortable venues, and a passion for fun Job Description The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in driving group sales and managing events at the location. This position is responsible for managing client inquiries, coordinating event logistics, and assisting with business development initiatives to grow group sales revenue. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, hourly position with commission opportunities, a full benefits package, and paid time off. Job Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to private event inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. Assist the Sales Manager in preparing proposals, contracts, and event confirmations. Coordinate all event logistics in collaboration with the Operations Team to ensure successful execution. Prepare and deliver proposals and event confirmations in line with company procedures. Maintain detailed records of outreach, appointments, leads, and follow-ups. Assist with preparing sales collateral, email blasts, and promotional materials. Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, schools, businesses, Chambers of Commerce, DMCs, and CVBs. Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations, schools, and businesses to grow client base. Leverage social media and community outreach to promote group events and increase visibility. Actively participate in local networking and community events. Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through proactive follow-up and client engagement. Support marketing initiatives and contribute to the growth of the group sales program. Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager. The Sales Coordinator will work across two Es Vedra Cinemas locations and should be comfortable commuting locally between both sites to support events and sales activities. Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word) and social media platforms. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Education & Experience Associate's degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or events industry. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. Ability to travel to work-sites as needed (local & out-of-state).
