Job Summary As a Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in growing our business by connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing pest control solutions that make a difference. What You'll Do Contact prospective customers to share the benefits of our services (phone, email, texting or in person) Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities Provide accurate, timely quotes and follow up to close business Develop strong relationships with residential and commercial customers Represent Pest Hunters/Humbug Holiday Lighting with integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience Prospect and cold-call potential customers

Positive, transparent, family-oriented environment What We're Looking For At least 2 years of sales experience (direct, door-to-door, phone, or service-based preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a passion for exceeding goals Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment Comfortable prospecting and cold-calling new customers and prospective customers to secure new business and upsell opportunities Valid driver's license Willingness to learn about pest control and our services You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have Resilience and persistence (you don't give up easily) Natural communication and persuasion skills A strong sense of ownership and personal accountability Experience in pest control, lawn care, home services, or customer-facing sales If you're dependable, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in helping others, this is a place where you'll thrive.
