  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Listen to customer needs and preferences to provide tailored recommendations and solutions.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Acquire and maintain an in-depth understanding of our vehicle inventory, including features, benefits, and pricing. Stay informed about the latest market trends and industry developments to better serve customers.
  • Sales and Negotiation:
  • Effectively communicate the value of our vehicles to customers, highlighting their features and benefits. Assist customers throughout the decision-making process, and negotiate terms that align with both customer expectations and company policies.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing personalized follow-up and after-sales support. Strive to exceed customer expectations and foster customer loyalty.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Assist in maintaining the showrooms appearance and vehicle inventory. Ensure that all vehicles are clean, presentable, and properly displayed.
  • Sales Targets:
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team. Utilize sales techniques and strategies to maximize sales opportunities and revenue.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
  • Ensure accurate completion of all sales-related paperwork and documentation. Adhere to company policies and procedures as well as legal requirements related to sales transactions.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with team members and management to achieve common goals. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software.
  • Prior experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
