Specialty coffee knowledge and passion is preferred. This role is not just "sales." This is helping build something meaningful from the ground up. You'll be responsible for growing: Retail bag sales. Online subscriptions. Wholesale coffee accounts - cafes, restaurants, offices, churches, restaurants, businesses, etc. You'll work directly with ownership and have the opportunity to help shape the future of the company as we continue expanding our roasting operation. We care deeply about quality, hospitality, relationships, and building a brand people genuinely love. What You'll Do Prospect and onboard new wholesale coffee accounts. Build relationships with cafés, restaurants, churches, offices, hotels, and businesses. Grow recurring subscription revenue online. Help stores and partners succeed with training and support. Follow up with leads consistently. Conduct coffee tastings and cuppings with potential clients. Coordinate samples and wholesale onboarding. Help improve our wholesale systems, offerings, and customer experience. Represent the For Keeps brand professionally and enthusiastically. Occasionally assist with events, pop-ups, or coffee cart opportunities. Ideal Candidate Naturally relational and outgoing. Hungry, motivated, and competitive. Organized and self-managed. Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person visits. Passionate about specialty coffee, hospitality, or entrepreneurship. Able to communicate professionally with business owners and decision makers. Excited about helping build a growing brand, not just clocking in. Coffee experience is a plus, but sales ability, energy, and people skills matter more. Compensation will be competitive. Base pay plus bonuses for new accounts and commissions on sales.
