ROLE:
This is a relationship driven sales role that combines outbound prospecting, networking, consultative selling, and long-term relationship development. The purpose of this role is to drive new business revenue and bring on the maximum number of qualified candidates. This role requires consistent outbound prospecting and cold calling every day. You will be expected to proactively generate opportunities, not just respond to inbound interest. Success in this role requires confidence initiating conversations, persistence in follow-up, and the ability to handle rejection professionally while maintaining a positive attitude. You will be learning from DoorGrow and installing the Growth Engines we have created in order to find and close new deals. You will be making outbound calls, and emailing & texting prospects. You will also be scheduling and completing in person & zoom appointments, as well as attending & presenting at relevant in person meet ups for groups (like real estate investor groups or meetings for real estate agents at their office). You will be responsible for setting appointments, qualifying leads, completing sales appointments, following up, pitching & closing deals, and beginning long-term relationships with the right clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Make outbound calls & respond to incoming leads to set appointments
  • Build relationships with real estate agents, investors, vendors, and strategic referral partners
  • Attend networking events, meetups, and industry functions
  • Execute DoorGrow growth engine strategies such as realtor referrals, investor networking, and Neighbor PM outreach
  • Identify referral partnership opportunities that can create long-term lead flow
  • Seek speaking or presentation opportunities within relevant groups and organizations
  • Represent the company professionally in both online and in-person environments
  • Complete zoom video sales calls, and in person appointments (coffee, lunch, etc)
  • Follow up on leads & nurture them to get them to close
  • Consistently be on top of all follow up tasks
  • Ensure the CRM is up to date and the status of leads is updated
  • Use multichannel communication using sms, phone, facebook, etc. to locate, connect & communicate with prospects
  • Attend daily huddles and complete end of day reports
  • Exemplify our client-centric mission & company core values
  • Must be able to work independently and under pressure at times to consistently meet targets
  • Build strong client relationships
  • Meet or exceed company sales targets RESULTS (Expected Accomplishments):
  • Consistently bring in new business revenue monthly: minimum 10 new doors per month
  • Complete a minimum of 50 sales pitch calls per month, meaning you are making outbound calls, booking appointments, pitching, and closing deals
  • Minimum outbound activity expectations are consistently met each week
  • minimum 200 outbound calls per week
  • Install the DoorGrow Growth Engines to build and maintain a consistent lead flow generation
  • Pipeline activity remains full and healthy at all times
  • Create relationships with referral partners & real estate investors and maintain those relationships
  • Your close rate is above 15% each month
  • New clients are an excellent, long-term fit & have a high retention rate
  • You act and look professional and represent the company well
REQUIREMENTS

  • Great verbal & written English communication skills
  • Must have a good internet connection, a webcam & good microphone or headset
  • Must have your own transportation & a valid driver's license
  • some local travel and attendance at networking events is required, including occasional evening meetups or events
  • Be well dressed & groomed to professionally represent DoorGrow, and have a professional video background & quiet environment
  • Previous experience & training in sales is a plus but not required
  • Familiarity with property management is a plus but not required We believe in building great salespeople.
