As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven RV Sales Representative to join our team As a Sales Representative at RV Depot, you will be instrumental in assisting customers with their RV purchases and financing options. This role is vital to our mission of providing exceptional service and support to families looking to enjoy the RV lifestyle.

Compensation:

Guarantee pay Commission per sale Volume bonus Average compensation $70k Top performers $150k plus

Responsibilities:

Actively engage with customers to understand their RV needs and preferences. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our RV inventory and in-house financing options. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Effectively communicate expectations for pick-up and delivery. Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Uphold the company's core values: Ambitious, United, Honest and Respectful, Innovative, and Happy.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in RV or automotive sales is highly desirable (not necessary) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain financing options clearly.
