We specialize in deep plane facelifts and high-value facial and body surgical procedures , with a substantial Spanish-speaking patient pipeline. We operate in our own building with a certified OR and a full-service Med Spa. We are AI-powered with Ad Vital , a proprietary platform built by our founder, Dr. Shitel Patel , double board certified in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery. POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an Inside Sales / New Patient Agent to own the top of our patient funnel. You are the first human voice every prospective patient hears — and the conversion engine that books them onto a consultation with our senior Patient Care Coordinators (our closers). This is a high-volume, multi-channel inside sales role inside a healthcare setting. Your day is built around two things: Answering every inbound lead within 5 minutes during business hours — phone, web form, DM, social comment, paid ad lead Working a hot list of 100+ outbound calls per day to re-engage prior inquiries who didn't book on first touch You will also serve as the warm, in-person face of the practice for patients walking through our doors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Convert every inbound inquiry into a booked, virtual or in-person consultation on our PCC's calendar Your #1 KPI is: Lead --> Booked Consult (on PCC calendar) % Your #2 KPI is: Sub 5-minute response time on inbound leads during business hours Your #3 KPI is: Outbound dialing through our hot list of prior inquiries — 100+ calls/day Handle every patient interaction in professional-level English and Spanish
DAY TO DAY
Greet in-person patients warmly and run a smooth front-desk experience Maintain clean handoffs to our senior PCCs in our
AD VITAL
software platform so they walk into every consult with full context Track source-level data in our CRM (Ad Vital) so we know which channels produce real consults Capture social media content when patient interactions create those moments (testimonials, patient stories)
HOW YOU WILL BE MEASURED
Four numbers, all personally owned: Lead-to-consult-booking conversion rate across all channels Show rate for booked consults Response time on inbound leads (SLA compliance) Booked consult volume against monthly quota Variable compensation is tied directly to these. You control them, you earn them.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years in a quota-carrying sales or appointment-setting role Bilingual English and Spanish at a professional level. Hard requirement — including the ability to handle medical and surgical terminology in Spanish Verifiable track record of meeting or exceeding conversion or revenue targets Equally comfortable on phone, video call, text, and DM — this is a multi-channel role Mature judgment in patient communication. This is healthcare; tone matters Highly organized, tech-savvy, and disciplined with CRM follow-up Within 30 minutes commute of Webster, TX
PREFERRED BACKGROUND
We've found the strongest candidates for this seat often come from: Real estate — especially Inside Sales Agents (ISAs) who already know how to work a lead pipeline and book showings Insurance inside sales — you know how to move people from interest to enrollment Aesthetic or Plastic Surgery Front Desk / Sales / Coordinator — you know the buyer High-end hospitality with a sales component — you know how to build trust fast Familiarity with patient financing platforms (Cherry, CareCredit, Alphaeon) is a plus
WHO WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR
Anyone who wants a flat salary or hates commission-based comp. This role is performance-paid by design. Career front-desk staff at medical, dental, or aesthetic practices with no quota-carrying or commission history . Aesthetics enthusiasts looking for an entry point into the industry. We need an operator, not a fan. People who describe themselves as a "people person" but can't tell me their last conversion rate. Anyone whose Spanish stops at "conversational" or "I understand more than I speak." This role requires professional fluency, including medical and surgical vocabulary. Speak more in qualitative language over metrics / #s / data. Applicants who skip the cover-letter questions about your conversion rate and response time. If you can't answer them in writing, you can't do this job.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $50,000-$70,000 depending on experience On-target earnings Year 1: $85,000-$105,000 Top performer ceiling: $130,000+. SCHEDULE & WORK ENVIRONMENT
Full-time, on-site at our Webster, TX office Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with select Saturday hours (8am-12pm) as we expand Small team environment — work directly with Dr. Patel, our PCCs, and a tight-knit staff Fast-paced and supportive, with a clear path for expanded scope GROWTH Our right hire becomes the conversion backbone of this practice, with a path toward expanded scope across the patient experience and — over time — the possibility of equity participation as we grow the med spa side of the business.
