Role Overview Versalift is looking for an Internal Sales Representative to own inbound digital leads across the U.S. This role is responsible for responding quickly, qualifying opportunities, maintaining CRM discipline, and helping convert fast-moving equipment sales (stock and used). What You ll Do Respond to inbound leads within minutes (not hours) Qualify customer needs (application, timing, budget) Manage and track all activity in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Handle 20-40 leads per day with speed and accuracy Quote and help close smaller, fast-turn deals Partner with regional sales teams to convert opportunities What We re Looking For 2-5 years of experience in inside sales or inbound lead management Background in SaaS, tech, or B2B equipment/industrial sales preferred Comfortable working high lead volume with urgency Strong CRM discipline and organization Willing to pick up the phone and engage customers immediately Profile Traits High urgency and responsiveness Organized and detail-oriented Commercial mindset (focused on closing, not just processing) Coachable and proactive What success looks like You consistently manage high inbound volume, respond within minutes, maintain a clean CRM, and convert leads to revenue, especially fast-moving stock and used equipment opportunities.
