Job Description
What to Expect in the
Role:
Serve as a central point of contact for sales inquiries and requests, responding promptly and professionally to internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate and manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closure. Develop and implement efficient sales processes and workflows to optimize productivity and streamline operations. Serve as a central point of contact for sales inquiries and requests, responding promptly and professionally to internal and external stakeholders. Assist in resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner, escalating complex issues to appropriate personnel as needed.What We Will Be Needing From You:
High School Diploma Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Physical Demands/Requirements (Lifting, Bending, Stretching, etc.): These include the ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods, ability to stoop, kneel and bend on a daily basis, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and physical ability to perform general office administrative activities.Additional Information:
