The Opportunity We are hiring independent (1099) sales producers who are motivated to grow their income and build a book of business. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. A structured draw may be available during your ramp-up period for those who prefer additional support early on. You'll have the opportunity to work with strong carrier partners, help clients find the right coverage solutions, and build long-term relationships while growing your own production and income. What You'll Do Prospect, quote, and close new business Build and manage your own pipeline Develop relationships with clients and provide ongoing support Stay current on products, carriers, and market trends Performance Expectations We believe in clear expectations and supporting our team in reaching them: Minimum monthly production: $25,000 in premium Growth goal: $100,000+ per month over time This role is best suited for individuals who are comfortable working toward performance goals and being accountable for results.
