Commission + Performance Bonuses About the Role We are looking for a motivated and experienced Door-to-Door Sales Team Lead to help grow our window cleaning business. This role is for someone who knows how to lead from the front, generate sales, and manage a team with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, driven, and has proven experience in door-to-door sales. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a door-to-door sales team Generate new residential and commercial window cleaning accounts Train team members on sales techniques and customer interaction Track team performance and sales goals Manage daily routes and canvassing areas Build strong customer relationships and maintain professionalism Report sales activity and results to management Help recruit and onboard new sales reps when needed Requirements Previous door-to-door sales experience
REQUIRED
