Customer Sales Representative Aventra Group Draper, UT Job Details Full-time $51,000 - $63,000 a year 6 days ago Qualifications Customer communication High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Aventra Group is actively hiring a Customer Sales Representative to support our growing Quantum Fiber campaign backed by Lumen. As more households continue upgrading to high-speed fiber internet, we are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated individuals who are ready to build long-term experience in customer service, telecommunications sales, and account support. This is a full-time, in-person sales position focused on direct customer interaction, residential sales, and overall customer service excellence. The Customer Sales Representative will work face-to-face with customers to explain Quantum Fiber internet services, recommend service options based on household needs, and assist with account setup and activations throughout assigned territories. What the Customer Sales Representative Will Do Conduct direct, face-to-face sales presentations for Quantum Fiber internet services Speak with residential customers about internet plans, pricing, promotions, and available service options Assist customers with account setup, service activations, upgrades, and account updates Generate new customer sales while working toward individual and team sales goals Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity reports, and account information Provide professional customer service before, during, and after the sales process Represent Quantum Fiber services professionally throughout local territories and assigned areas Qualifications for the Customer Sales Representative Role High school diploma or GED required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working directly with customers in face-to-face sales environments Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a performance-driven sales role Interest in sales, telecommunications, customer service, or account management Strong work ethic, professionalism, and reliability Goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and develop new skills Full-time availability required Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, athletics, business development, canvassing, telecommunications, or direct sales is helpful but not required.
