Hyper Wellness Representative (Sales-Focused Front Desk)
Location:
Restore Hyper Wellness, Draper, UT About the Role We're hiring a sales-driven Hyper Wellness Representative to join our team. This is not a typical front desk job—this is a client-facing sales role focused on helping people improve their health while driving memberships and revenue. You'll be the first and last impression of the studio, responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and converting interest into long-term members. Responsibilities Conduct studio tours and convert prospects into members Recommend personalized wellness plans based on client goals Educate clients on services and benefits Meet and exceed sales targets Build relationships and ensure repeat visits Manage scheduling, check-ins, and client flow Maintain a clean and organized studio Qualifications 2+ year of sales experience required Customer service experience required Experience in fitness, wellness, or membership sales preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable discussing pricing and closing sales Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For Passion for health and wellness Confidence in sales and client interactions High accountability and work ethic Team-oriented mindset Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay + commission Free/discounted wellness services Opportunities for advancement If you're passionate about wellness and confident in your ability to sell and connect with people, we'd love to hear from you.
