This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and turning opportunities into scheduled appointments. Strong communication skills, persistence, and follow-through are critical for success in this position. This is not cold-call telemarketing. Many of the leads are generated through marketing efforts, referrals, website inquiries, and inbound interest.
