In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selections, and maintaining an organized and inviting store environment. Your passion for vaping products and knowledge of the industry will help enhance the shopping experience for our customers. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right products to meet their needs. Provide product demonstrations to educate customers about various vaping devices and e-liquids. Maintain an organized inventory by stocking shelves, managing product displays, and ensuring all products are properly labeled. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or accessories that complement customer purchases. Answer customer inquiries regarding products, usage, and safety information with clear communication. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the shop. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and achieve store goals. Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers. Experience with retail sales, including upselling techniques and product demonstrations. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Knowledge of stock management practices to maintain inventory levels efficiently. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base. Familiarity with retail math concepts is beneficial for accurate sales reporting.
