Job Description

Valence Consulting Group is expanding in Utah and hiring a full-time Sales Representative to support customer accounts, sales growth, and Lumen account management initiatives through the Quantum Fiber campaign. This Sales Representative role is designed for motivated individuals who want more than just an entry level position. You will gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales strategy, and sales account management while representing a leading fiber internet provider backed by Lumen. As a Sales Representative, you will work directly with customers, support account setup and upgrades, and contribute to local market expansion. This role blends customer engagement with business-focused account management in a structured, performance-driven environment. Sales Representative Responsibilities Conduct face-to-face customer interactions to introduce Quantum Fiber services Support customer account setup, service upgrades, and account updates Provide strong customer service while driving sales conversations Contribute to Lumen account management growth initiatives Maintain accurate records of sales performance and customer interactions Work with leadership to meet daily and weekly sales goals Build long-term customer relationships to support retention and referrals The Sales Representative plays a direct role in customer satisfaction, account growth, and overall market expansion.a Qualifications for the Sales Representative High school diploma or GED required Strong communication and customer service skills Interest in sales, business development, and account management Competitive and goal-oriented mindset Comfortable working directly with customers Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, or sales is helpful but not required.
Pay:
$3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
