Ogden, UT Job Description:
Review sales orders to ensure accurate information. Determine processing requirements and lead times to provide customers with projected delivery dates and manage orders until fulfillment Enter quotes into internal ERP system with a high level of accuracy Make outbound calls to current and potential customers to increase sales activity Review data to maintain stock levels to support projected demand, make recommendations for changes Coordinate resolution of customer complaints by ensuring the issue details are captured accurately, monitor credits, progress and report on the issues during weekly meetings Update and maintain part specifications Support management and/or other departments with admin tasks when needed
Qualifications Required:
