Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Account Representative to join our growing screen print, embroidery & promo business. This position is responsible for managing inbound inquiries, building relationships with new and existing customers, generating quotes, and coordinating with the production team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and website Qualify leads and identify customer needs for custom screen printing, embroidery, and promotional products Prepare and send quotes and sales proposals Close sales and process orders accurately through the company's CRM or order system Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the order process Provide product recommendations, pricing, turnaround times, and design support in collaboration with the art and production teams Follow up on past quotes and re-engage lapsed accounts Upsell and cross-sell additional services and products Meet or exceed monthly sales goals Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities Work closely with production to ensure deadlines and customer expectations are met Handle customer issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
Qualifications:
1-3 years of inside sales, customer service, or account management experience (screen printing or promotional products industry preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the apparel decoration or promotional product industry Knowledge of garment types, imprint methods (screen printing, embroidery, DTG), and order workflows Basic graphic design knowledge (e.g., Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW) is a plus but not required
