A majority of our business-to-business sales are conducted via technology integration and systems integrator partners. Right now, we are actively recruiting for two distinct sales roles:
Role Summary:
Mid-Level Sales Professional Pay:
Compensation scales based on your background and expertise. As a quota-driven Mid-Level Sales Representative, you will oversee the entire sales journey—from the first outreach through to negotiating terms and finalizing the deal. Success in this position demands a demonstrated track record in sales alongside a strong dedication to cultivating enduring partnerships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Sales Management:
Direct and control a robust pipeline of leads and prospects, guiding them from initial qualification all the way to a closed deal.
Strategic Prospecting:
Actively hunt and engage primary decision-makers within specific, high-value target accounts.
Product Expertise:
Master our suite of services and products, ensuring you can flawlessly communicate their unique value to prospective buyers.
Relationship Building:
Forge and sustain deep, long-term connections with accounts, serving as their main point of contact throughout the buying process.
Quota Achievement:
Dependably hit or surpass assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Collaboration:
Partner cooperatively with customer success, product, and marketing departments to guarantee all client expectations are satisfied.
Reporting:
Keep up-to-date and precise activity logs and sales projections within our CRM system.
Qualifications:
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a closely associated discipline.
Experience:
Between 2 and 5 years of proven, quota-bearing sales background (business-to-business experience is highly favored).
Skills:
A documented history of winning deals; top-tier presentation and negotiation capabilities; and strong working knowledge of CRM platforms (such as HubSpot or Salesforce).
Attributes:
Intensely self-motivated, persistent, focused on outcomes, and equipped with stellar interpersonal communication abilities.
