About the Role The Resort Sales Team Lead is a key leadership position responsible for driving sales performance, developing team members, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. This role combines hands-on selling, team leadership, and operational oversight , requiring strong communication, accountability, and a passion for delivering elevated service.
