We value initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to grow. Position Summary As an Inside Sales Representative, you will drive new business through inbound and outbound sales efforts. You will identify customer needs, present effective solutions, and guide prospects through the sales process. This role is ideal for someone who is goal-oriented, coachable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Schedule:
Monday-Friday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM) with rotational Saturday Responsibilities Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting to close Track, follow up, and convert incoming and outgoing leads in a timely manner Complete a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day Build and maintain strong customer relationships Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals and KPIs Collaborate with retention and customer service teams for a seamless customer experience Stay current on industry trends and continuously improve sales techniques Qualifications 1-2 years of inside sales experience (pest control industry preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport, identify needs, and overcome objections Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Door-to-door sales experience is a plus
