The Outbound Student Advisor engages prospective students through outbound outreach efforts and guides them through the enrollment process for our career-focused medical training programs. You'll be expected to act as a trusted advisor, understanding each prospective student's career goals and aligning them with the right programmatic path.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound calls, texts, emails, website forms, and chat in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner to engage and enroll prospective students and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Guide students through the admissions process, from initial interest to enrollment, using a consultative, personal, and ethical approach. Clearly communicate program features, career possibilities, tuition information, and enrollment steps. Manage any follow-up conversations necessary. Maintain accurate, real-time documentation of all interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate closely with student services, marketing, and third-party to ensure a seamless customer experience. Meet or exceed individual enrollment and outreach targets while maintaining student satisfaction and compliance standards. Continuously develop knowledge of program offerings and industry trends in healthcare and allied health professions.

Required:
1+ years of outbound sales, customer service, or call center experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic phone manner. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.) High school diploma or equivalent. Writing sample (for student-facing emails).
