We are building something entirely different. Our advanced medical and aesthetic treatments help patients make life-changing decisions regarding their health, appearance, and confidence. Position Summary We are looking for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a consultative, high-trust environment. This is not a high-volume, aggressive, script-reading sales role. We are specifically seeking a sophisticated professional who understands human psychology, deep discovery, and compliant, consultative selling. If your sales background relies on high-pressure tactics or online hype-culture closing methods, this will not be a fit. Our team focuses on guiding discerning clients through meaningful clinical choices with complete integrity.
Key Responsibilities Consultative Conversational Sales:
Conduct deep, discovery-based sales conversations with qualified prospects to understand their personal health and aesthetic goals.
Pipeline Execution:
Successfully guide prospective patients through their decision-making process, answering objections with nuance, education, and clinical compliance.
Value-Driven Closing:
Effectively close high-value, premium treatment plans without relying on pressure tactics, ensuring the client feels fully supported and aligned.
Pipeline Collaboration:
Work closely with our Patient Coordinators to ensure a seamless, premium handoff and a flawless patient acquisition journey.
Qualifications Experience:
Proven track record as a Closer in consultative sales, premium medical sales, luxury services, or sophisticated high-ticket environments.
Framework Proficiency:
Strong foundation in recognized, discovery-based sales methodologies such as NEPQ, the Challenger Sale, Sandler, Straight Line, or similar frameworks.
Professional Integrity:
Exceptional objection-handling and communication skills rooted in honesty, professionalism, and high compliance.
Traits:
Highly competitive yet collaborative, coachable, growth-minded, and possessing a genuine interest in medical and aesthetic performance outcomes.
Pay:
$49,371.77 - $59,458.48 per year
