We are looking for motivated, competitive, and coachable individuals to join our outside sales team. This is a commission based role where your earning potential is entirely in your hands. No experience required — we will train you from the ground up and give you every tool you need to succeed from day one. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Representing Elevate Fiber in residential neighborhoods through direct face to face sales
- Educating potential customers on fiber internet packages and closing same day sales
- Meeting and exceeding daily sales targets alongside a high performance team
- Participating in daily team training, morning meetings, and competitive team challenges
- Building relationships with customers and following up to ensure satisfaction ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

REQUIREMENTS
- 16 years or older
- Valid drivers license
- Strong communication skills and a competitive mindset
