Monday-Friday (Full-Time) About Us High Country Metal Works is a fast-growing custom metal fabrication company specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects throughout Utah. We design, fabricate, and install custom railings, staircases, structural steel, and architectural metalwork. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated person to help manage our incoming sales pipeline, estimating process, and customer communication from lead to final payment. This is not just an "office admin" position. This role plays a major part in driving revenue, improving customer experience, and helping the company scale operations. No direct metal fabrication experience is required. We will train the right person on our materials, estimating process, and workflow. What matters most is strong problem-solving ability, communication skills, organization, and the ability to learn quickly. What You'll Be Doing Manage inbound leads and customer communication Qualify new project opportunities Review plans, drawings, and specifications Perform material takeoffs and assist with estimating Build and send customer proposals and quotes Follow up with leads and help close projects Coordinate project details between customers and internal production Organize bidding documents and project information Update and manage workflows inside oursoftware and other software systems Conduct occasional site visits and field measurements Help track labor hours, job costs, and project profitability Assist with improving internal systems and operational efficiency Work directly with ownership on project strategy and final pricing What We're Looking For Strong computer and technology skills Comfortable learning new software systems quickly Highly organized and detail-oriented Excellent communication and customer interaction skills Strong follow-through and ownership mentality Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Problem-solving mindset Interest in AI tools and technology to improve efficiency Construction, estimating, sales, or project coordination experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation Base Salary:

$55,000-$65,000 DOE Performance-based commission opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Long-term growth opportunity within the company The Right Person For This Role This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a high-responsibility position within a growing company.
