Why You'll Love Working at Zivel Competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commission (top performers earn significantly more) Clear expectations and measurable sales targets Opportunity to grow into leadership and higher-earning roles Free and discounted services so you can confidently sell What You'll Do Sales & Revenue Growth Consistently hit and exceed membership and package sales targets (goal: 10+ per month) Run effective consultations and close clients the same day Use a structured, consultative sales approach to uncover needs and drive urgency Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline and convert leads into paying members Opportunities for additional sales at pop-up events and after hour Events Client Experience & Service Delivery Perform Neveskin body contouring and cryo-facial treatments (paid training provided—no prior experience required) Deliver a confident, professional client experience that reinforces buying decisions Build long-term client relationships that drive retention and referrals Lead Generation & Outreach Actively generate new business through events, partnerships, and community outreach Take ownership of personal pipeline and lead flow Support marketing efforts and promotions to drive traffic and conversions Operations & Front Desk Manage scheduling, check-ins, and transactions through POS systems Handle inbound calls and inquiries with a strong focus on conversion Maintain accurate client profiles and sales tracking Studio Support Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio Support retail sales, events, and in-studio promotions Preferred Experience Proven track record in sales, retail, or quota-driven environments Experience with consultative sales frameworks (Sandler training strongly preferred) Strong closing skills and ability to overcome objections Competitive mindset with a drive to be a top performer Available Hours This is a client-driven role with flexible scheduling based on demand.
