Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Car Sales Consultant / F&I (Finance & Insurance) Specialist to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer experiences by guiding clients through the vehicle purchasing process and securing the best financing options available. Your expertise in automotive sales, financial services, and customer relationship management will ensure each customer leaves satisfied and confident in their purchase. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your negotiation skills, sales acumen, and financial knowledge to boost dealership success and build lasting client relationships. Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles that match their preferences and budget. Present vehicle features, benefits, and financing options with enthusiasm to enhance customer interest and upselling opportunities. Facilitate the loan application process by collecting necessary documentation, performing credit analysis, and ensuring compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations. Explain various financial products, including warranties, insurance packages, and title processing, clearly outlining benefits to customers. Negotiate terms of sale, financing agreements, and contracts to secure favorable deals while maintaining integrity and transparency. Utilize financial software and perform basic math calculations accurately for loan processing, credit analysis, and deal structuring. Assist customers with completing 10 key typing tasks efficiently for contracts, title transfers, and loan documentation. Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure seamless deal closing, including title processing and final paperwork review. This is a Full-Time Position 5 Day Work Week, Saturdays are part of the job Experience Proven experience in automobile sales or dealership environments with a strong understanding of automotive products. Prior experience as a loan officer or in financial services related to vehicle financing is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability in customer relationship management and delivering exceptional customer service. Skilled in negotiation, upselling techniques, and closing sales effectively. Familiarity with credit analysis, loan processing procedures, and relevant regulations such as TILA. Proficiency with financial software systems used for deal structuring and documentation management. Strong math skills including basic calculations necessary for credit evaluation and contract details. Experience with title processing, contract preparation, and automobile sales workflows is a plus.
