We are currently seeking part-time team members with a flexible schedule that want to get out and be a part of a community that embraces fashion and people but above all believes in giving the best positive customer experience possible to every person that visits Social District. The ideal candidate loves helping people feel good about themselves. About us Social District Boutique is located in Saint George, UT. We are a social experience where people can come together to eat, drink, shop, and connect. It's about being part of a community. A unique combination of a women's clothing boutique & bistro for all. With collections of carefully curated clothes that give confidence and authenticity. We are currently hiring hard-working individuals to fill part-time positions as Retail Sales Associates. Individuals interested in this position are responsible for greeting and assisting customers, operating cash registers and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a retail environment, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Great 2nd job even for 1 day or evening shift /week! The schedule can be flexible with weekends and evenings; however, we are seeking coverage for the following shifts specifically: Tues
  • Sat 4p or 5p to 9:30p Sat
  • 10:30
  • 2:30p or 2p
  • 6p or 5:30
  • 9:30p Store open hours are Tues
  • Sat 11a-9pm/
Closed Sundays and Mondays Associate Responsibilities:
Sell a range of products to customers in a retail setting. Provide customers with product information. Offer expert and friendly advice to customers. Stock shelves and maintain displays. Follow company policies and procedures. Ensure sales floor is kept clean and organized at all times Educate customers on the bistro and company events Communicate with the Bistro for reservations or walk ins that arrive. Pay starts with a training wage and then increases when you can go solo. Pay may include a commission once sales standards are met.
