Super Star Inside Sales Representative:

Act as the critical office-based hub by managing quotes, orders, and providing product information for trusses Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with design and production teams Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing customers while supporting new business opportunities Provide stellar customer service through phone, email, and in-person communication Coordinate project details, schedules, and lead times to ensure customer satisfaction

Experience:

Two years of inside/outside sales experience Experience with cold-calling or prospecting and a willingness to carry a sales quota Framing or construction background. Experience working with contractors/builders Strong work ethic Teachable and ready to learn Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Suite and design software such as Mitek is a plus Ready Made is a well-established and ambitious organization that has been in business since 1964.
