In this role, you'll engage with customers, start conversations about home remodeling projects, and help schedule free in-home consultations for our team. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys talking to people, staying active, and working in a fast-paced retail environment. Full-time position Base pay + bonus opportunities Hiring immediately
What You'll Do:
Approach and engage customers inside Home Depot and Lowe's stores Start conversations about bathroom remodeling and home improvement projects Educate customers about Re-Bath products and services Schedule free in-home consultations Travel between assigned store locations in your territory Meet weekly and monthly lead generation goals
What We're Looking For:
Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers Reliable transportation required Able to travel locally between store locations Weekend availability preferred Customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, or promotions experience is a plus Self-motivated and dependable This position requires actively approaching customers and starting conversations inside retail stores.
