We're a fast growing,established residential remodel construction company specializing in exterior home improvements and we're expanding our sales team with motivated individuals that have a passion for outdoor esthetics and are ready to earn uncapped commissions in the Central to Northern Utah market.

$800 Weekly salary

Company-Provided Leads:

6-9 qualified leads per week•no cold calling required!

Company Vehicle:

Provided 3 Months after starting, based on performance.

Fuel Reimbursement:

Weekly reimbursements.

High-demand exterior remodeling projects including Roofing, Gutters, Soffit & Fascia, Siding, Brick, Stone, Decks, Pergolas and Fencing.

Support & Training:

Ongoing sales training, marketing materials, and support from a dedicated team to help you succeed.

Flexibility:

Set your own schedule while running provided appointments and building your pipeline in your assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

Meet with homeowners on scheduled appointments to assess needs and present customized remodeling solutions. Conduct professional consultations, provide accurate estimates and close sales. Build strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional service throughout the process. Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Requirements:

General sales experience (home improvement, construction, roofing, exteriors, Real Estate or related fields strongly preferred). Strong closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (until company vehicle is provided). Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs/exteriors safely. Must live in or be willing to work in Central to Northern Utah.
