If you've closed solar, windows, HVAC, pest, alarms, or any in-home service, you already know the game. Roofing is the same skillset with bigger commissions and higher close rates. What You'll Earn
  • $120,000-$300,000+ (performance-based)

  • 18+
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to walk roofs (training provided)
  • Strong communication and follow-up discipline Available evenings/weekends when homeowners are home Independent Contractor Status This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement, not W-2 employment.
Independent contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, licensing where applicable, and business expenses. This role is not eligible for employee benefits including health insurance, PTO, overtime, or unemployment.
