Salary:
$40,000-$60,000 / year (based on experience), plus performance-based commission About the
Role:
PAG USA (www.pagpharmatechusa.com) is building a tech-enabled, end-to-end supply chain platform for the dietary supplement and nutraceutical industry, covering both raw material sourcing and US-based contract manufacturing capacity. We're looking for a Sales Representative who is fluent with AI tools and digital research, and who can find, win, and grow B2B relationships with supplement and nutraceutical brand owners. Your job is not just to chase leads, it's to build a healthy, well-documented, repeatable sales pipeline that lets PAG win more business and grow accounts year over year. You'll report directly to our Sales Manager and work side by side with our supply chain and R D teams to turn inquiries into closed deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Lead Generation & Prospecting (AI-Driven): Use AI tools, B2B platforms, LinkedIn, trade databases, and search engines to identify supplement brands, e-commerce sellers, startups, and established companies that need custom formulation or contract manufacturing. Build and maintain targeted prospect lists across the formats we serve (capsules, tablets, gummies, soft chews, powders, stick packs, liquids, soft gels). Initiate first contact primarily through email, LinkedIn, and web forms.
Outreach & Lead Qualification:
Run structured, high-volume outreach campaigns. Email and digital channels are the default; phone and video calls are used to advance warm leads or close time-sensitive opportunities. Qualify every lead by understanding the client's product vision, target format, volume, timeline, and budget, and represent PAG professionally as the first point of contact for new brand owners.
Sales Pipeline & CRM Management:
Track every lead, conversation, and opportunity in our CRM. Keep stages, next steps, and follow-up dates current daily so nothing falls through the cracks. Maintain a disciplined follow-up cadence, since most deals are won on the third to seventh touch, not the first. Report pipeline status, conversion, and forecast to the Sales Manager weekly.
Quote & Proposal Coordination:
Receive client requirements and hand clean, complete inquiry briefs to the supply chain and R D teams. Collect quotes, turn them into clear, client-ready proposals, and follow up persistently to close. Help each client understand PAG's value: fast quoting, formulation support, US-based manufacturing, and audit-ready documentation.
Account Growth & Client Success:
Once a client is won, stay close. Manage reorders, surface new product and line-extension opportunities, and grow each account well beyond the first project. Gather client feedback and route it to the GM and operations teams so we keep improving.
Market & Competitive Intelligence:
Track industry trends, competitor positioning, ingredient and format trends, and pricing signals so PAG's pitch and quotes always stay sharp. Support trade show and industry event participation (for example, Natural Products Expo).
