Inside Sales Representative

The Puppy Store Vineyard is looking for a fun, high-energy, puppy-loving Inside Sales Representative to join our sales floor. This is a hands-on role where you create warm, memorable experiences for families while guiding them through the process of meeting and choosing their new best friend. Compensation $14.00-$15.00 per hour starting Commission on every puppy adopted Store bonuses and performance incentives Employee product discounts About the Role Part-time/temporary with potential to grow into full-time for top performers Inside sales role focused on customer interaction, education, and experience Represent The Puppy Store Vineyard with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm Work directly with puppies and families every day Core Responsibilities Greet every guest immediately and deliver an upbeat, welcoming showroom experience Ask discovery questions to help match families with the right puppy Present puppies confidently and explain health, care, training basics, and store policies Guide customers through pricing, financing options, and adoption paperwork Follow up with warm leads through calls, texts, and messages to close sales Maintain showroom cleanliness and help with light puppy care when needed Achieve daily/weekly sales goals and assist with in-store promotions and events Requirements Retail or sales experience preferred, but strong communication skills and personality are key Confident talking to customers, overcoming objections, and asking for the sale Must love animals and be comfortable learning puppy care basics Reliable, punctual, and available on weekends/holidays Able to stay active on the sales floor throughout the shift Professional appearance, positive attitude, and coachable mindset How to Apply Apply today by submitting your resume on indeed!
