Due to company growth we are looking to expand our sales department. As a Sales Representative in the commercial HVAC industry, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and providing expert advice on our range of HVAC products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC market. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Present and demonstrate HVAC products and services to clients. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and presentations. Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay:

$60,000 - $90,000 Base Pay +
