As more households continue upgrading to high-speed residential fiber internet services, we are growing our customer support and sales team to meet increasing demand. This full-time position focuses on direct customer interaction, residential customer support, and sales activity while helping customers find the best internet solutions for their homes. Sales Customer Representative Responsibilities Meet with residential customers directly to discuss Quantum Fiber internet services and promotions Build positive customer relationships through strong communication and customer service Explain residential internet plans, pricing, and service features clearly and professionally Assist customers with account setup, upgrades, and residential service enrollments Support daily sales activity and customer engagement goals Track customer interactions and maintain accurate customer account information Answer customer questions regarding residential service options, billing, and account support Represent the Quantum Fiber campaign professionally during all customer interactions As a Sales Customer Representative, you will work directly with residential customers to explain Quantum Fiber services, answer questions, assist with account setup, and provide professional customer service throughout the sales process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, wants to build sales experience, and is motivated by growth opportunities in a fast-moving business environment.
