Position Overview We are seeking driven and relationship-oriented professionals for our In-Market Full Cycle D2D Sales Representative role. This is not just appointment setting—you will own the full sales process from prospecting to closing and account management. You will work directly with restaurant owners, kitchen managers, and commercial operators to help them improve grease management and environmental compliance through Grease Giant's services. This role is ideal for individuals who: Enjoy face-to-face business development Thrive in relationship-driven sales Want uncapped earning potential Take pride in owning their results and pipeline What You'll Do Prospect & Generate Business Prospect restaurants and commercial food service businesses in assigned territories Conduct door-to-door outreach to generate new business opportunities Build relationships with owners, operators, and decision-makers Identify operational pain points and service needs Full Sales Cycle Management Present Grease Giant's service solutions professionally and confidently Prepare quotes and explain service options clearly Negotiate and close service agreements Manage follow-up communication and onboarding processes Maintain long-term client relationships for retention and referrals Account & Territory Management Track pipeline activity, appointments, and sales performance Maintain organized records of prospects and accounts Build territory growth strategies and referral opportunities Represent the company professionally in the field at all times What We're Looking For Sales & Relationship Skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships Confidence in presenting and closing sales opportunities Mindset & Work Ethic Self-motivated and highly accountable Competitive, goal-oriented mindset Resilient and comfortable handling rejection Coachable with a willingness to improve continuously Strong organizational and follow-through skills Experience Prior sales and/or customer service experience required Must have at least one full season of door-to-door (D2D) sales experience Previous D2D, B2B, route sales, or service industry sales experience preferred Experience working with restaurants, hospitality, or commercial accounts is a plus Candidates with backgrounds in outside sales, canvassing, appointment setting, customer service, retail sales, telecommunications, home services, pest control, roofing, solar, merchant services, or other performance-driven sales environments are encouraged to apply Compensation Competitive base + uncapped commission structure Performance bonuses and incentives Strong long-term earning potential through account growth and retention What You'll Gain Full-cycle B2B sales experience High-income skill development in negotiation, relationship management, and closing Opportunity for leadership and advancement as the company grows Experience in a stable and essential commercial services industry Autonomy and ownership over your territory and success Why Join Grease Giant?
