Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Success Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport will be essential to ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities Customer Support Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships Provide updates on shipment statuses, delivery timelines, and any schedule changes Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed Order Management Accurately enter customer orders into McLeod and communicate details with dispatch and operations teams Track shipments, monitor on-time performance, and proactively communicate delays or disruptions Collaboration Partner with dispatch, operations, and accounting teams to ensure seamless service delivery Coordinate with drivers to meet customer needs and resolve operational challenges Administrative Duties Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities Requirements 2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment High attention to detail and strong organizational skills HPWP
