Are you a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional looking to build a rewarding career with uncapped earnings potential? Thompson Creek Window Company is growing, and we're looking for Outside Sales Representatives to sell our premium line of exterior home improvement products—including windows, doors, siding, gutters, and roofing.
What You'll Do:
Represent a trusted brand with over 45 years of experience in the Mid-Atlantic regionMeet with pre-qualified homeowners to assess needs—no cold callingOpportunity to receive up to three qualified leads per dayConduct in-home consultations to educate customers and recommend tailored solutionsBuild rapport, close deals, and guide customers through the entire sales processUse company-issued tools (iPad, CRM) to track activity, follow up, and submit ordersCollaborate with our expert teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience

Compensation Range:
This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. The posted range reflects annual earnings from the past three years, including both new hires and top performers. Individual results will vary based on performance, availability, and market demand. Typical earnings range from $85,000 to $340,000+ annually, with top performers exceeding $400,000 per year. All new hires receive 90 days of paid training at $1,400.00 bi-weekly (base pay plus commission). After the training period, compensation is entirely commission-based.
