Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and detail-oriented Client Lead Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role is essential in guiding leads through the sales journey, from initial inquiry to booking, while delivering an exceptional and memorable client experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident in communication, and has a passion for weddings, events, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication & Lead Management Respond promptly to all incoming leads via email, phone, and text Monitor and manage inboxes to ensure timely and professional communication Conduct tailored follow-ups and outreach to nurture leads Maintain organized tracking of all client interactions Tour Coordination & Sales Schedule, confirm, and conduct venue tours for prospective clients Prepare and print tour materials and assemble tour folders Deliver engaging, informative tours that highlight the venue and offerings Follow up after tours (both personal tours and team tours) to drive conversions Understand contracts, pricing structures, and packages to confidently close sales Booking & Client Experience Convert leads into booked clients through strong communication and relationship-building Send thank-you emails and post-tour follow-ups Provide occasional wedding day support and client check-ins Marketing & Platform Management Update profiles, including photos, descriptions, and promotions Rotate planner profiles quarterly to maintain visibility Create and manage promotional deals and listing updates Event & Open House Coordination Plan, schedule, and lead bridal open houses Create marketing materials, including flyers and promotional content Coordinate logistics and follow-up with attendees to convert tours and bookings Support offsite wedding shows and promotional events Office & Administrative Support Be present in the office to answer phones and assist walk-in inquiries Maintain organization of sales materials and client documents Assist with general sales and administrative support as neededQualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple client conversations simultaneously Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Experience in weddings, events, hospitality, or sales preferredPay:
